Dede Erceg, founder of Garden Brook Realty, first discovered the pleasures of living in Northern Arizona as a student attending Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott. It didn’t take long for Dede and her husband, John, to discover the extraordinary advantages of living in Northern Arizona. They fell in love with the clean air and small town atmosphere of Prescott and decided make Prescott their permanent home.
While attending Embry-Riddle, Dede started working part-time at the Safeway store in Prescott. With a distinct proficiency for administration, Dede was rapidly promoted to store manager for Safeway, where she spent 18 years. During that time, she and her husband put every extra dollar they earned into real estate, investing in Prescott and the surrounding area while raising their two young daughters Angela and Heather.
In 2003, Dede decided to change careers and follow in the footsteps of her father, a successful real estate professional doing business for 30 years in the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California. She promptly secured her Arizona Real Estate license and went on to obtain her Arizona Broker’s license. She wanted to share her personal success in real estate with others.
